- By using our PCL Monitor software a customer’s MFP or print device can automatically raise a "Toner Alert” from within the engine of the device.
- This sends a toner request to the dealer which is then automatically logged into their CRM package.
- Once this alert is quantified and passed as a "true alert" using algorithms within the software, a delivery request is sent from the dealer to PCL Direct.
- This automatically creates a Purchase Order within our CRM System so we can send the required consumables direct to their customer.
- Once the consumables are sent, this generates an invoice from PCL Direct, then the dealers CRM System will authomatically match their Purchase Order to our Invoice.
